Prof. Mohammad Ali Nilforoushzadeh

Mohammad Ali Nilforoushzadeh is a Professor in the Department of Dermatology and the Head of Skin & Stem Cell Research Center in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He is a Principle Investigator at SSRC ,also Member of the Board at Iranian Society of Dermatology. Prof. Nilforoushzadeh graduated from the University of Isfahan for M. D (1990) and the Tehran University for specialty of Dermatology (1994), also he passed a scientific course related with skin surgery and hair transplantation at university of Canada. He completed his Fellowship course in Skin, Laser and Hair Transplant from England . Prof. Nilfroushzadeh began Autologous Hair Transplant Surgery by standard punch method, then developed his method and switched to mini-micro grafting in hair transplant surgery, in recent years are used FIT, FUT and combination method in Hair Transplant sessions. Prof. Mohammad Ali Nilfroushzadeh is a reference in the field of Skin Aging, Skin Rejuvenation & Hair Transplantation and there are a lot of international publications in these regards. He attended as a Medical Faculty in annually International Congress in Europe (ESHRI) in 2003 London & Berlin.

  • Working and Focus on skin cells including (Fibroblast, Keratinocyte, Melanocyte) and skin stem cells by collaboration Royan Research Institute, Isfahan and Tehran University of Medical Sciences led to the optimal usage of   Fibroblasts , Adipocytes and SVF in fields of Regenerative Medicine

  • Manufacturing of autologous fibroblast cell (Renewderm Cell) in biotechnology factory (Cell Tech) for the first human cell production in Iran under administration of Ministry Iranian Food and Drug

  • Culture & proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes Simultaneously for wound healing and scarring

  • Culture and proliferation of melanocytes for the treatment of Vitiligo

  • Production of human hair organoid for the first in the world

  • New Method for using human hair papillae and stem cell for human hair regeneration and formation

  • New Method for Cannula Subcision Therapy (New Method ) compared to Subcision with Needle, the  result of this clinical trial is published
